Creamy Overnight Oats

Wow! Oh wow!

That was my though when I tasted overnight oats made with whole raw milk. The creamy milk, gelatinous chia seeds, and warm vanilla flavor are a fantastic combination, sure to delight your taste buds.

Another reason I love this recipe, it is a convenient, economical breakfast for busy mornings. I love to enjoy a bowl of them on a busy Sunday morning before church.

I preferred to eat my overnight oats cold, straight from the fridge, but you could warm them up if you like. Just don’t cook them!

You can add any toppings you would like. Here are some ideas:

  • Berries, Peaches, or Bananas

  • Pecans, Sliced Almonds, Pepitas, or Walnuts

  • Almond or Peanut Butter

  • Raisins or Dried Cranberries

  • Shredded Coconut

  • Cinnamon

I hope you have fun experimenting with different flavor combinations and enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
