How to make changes to your subscription:

• Make any changes to your subscription through your Farmigo Account.

• Changes include permanent hold to your subscription, temporarily pause your subscription, and increase or reduce the quantity of your subscription.

• All changes to your subscription must be made 7 days prior to your next scheduled pickup.

• Any Farmigo Store Add-On purchases must be made by Monday at midnight for Wednesday subscription pickup and Thursday at midnight for Saturday subscription pickup.

Subscription pick up details:

• All pickups take place at Sonrise Farms 1330 East 3000 North Road, Penfield, IL 61862.

• When you signing up for your subscription, you will select your preferred pickup option.

  SELF SERVE ONLY OPTION:

  • After 10am on Wednesday or 1pm on Saturday, the self serve fridge is stocked.

  • Each refrigerator is labeled with a Wednesday Self Serve Pickup sign for Wednesday subscribers or a Saturday Self Serve pickup sign for Saturday subscribers. Please get your subscription out of the correct refrigerator.

  • The self serve refrigerators are located inside the big sliding door of the red building to the right of the farm store.

  • You can pick up your subscription items on any day between 5am-10pm during the next 7 days after the fridge is stocked.

  • If your items are in the refrigerator when the fridge is stocked on the next week’s pickup day, it will be discarded.

  • You have already purchased subscription & add-on items whether you pick them up or not. Your money will not be refunded for these products.

  • If using the self-serve option and would like other Sonrise Farms products, please contact Diane at sonrisefarmsinfo@gmail.com with your inquiries.

    FARM STORE PICKUP OPTION:

  • All subscription items are placed in the RESERVED section of the farm store fridge.

  • When the farm store closes on your scheduled pick-up date, any unclaimed subscription items will be placed in the Self Serve Fridge.

  • Each refrigerator is labeled with a Wednesday Self Serve Pickup sign for Wednesday subscribers or a Saturday Self Serve pickup sign for Saturday subscribers. Please get your subscription out of the correct refrigerator.

  • The self serve refrigerators are located inside the big sliding door of the red building to the right of the farm store.

  • You can pick up your subscription items on any day between 5am-10pm during the next 7 days after your missed pickup.

  • If your items are still in the refrigerator when the store closes on the following week’s pickup day, it will be discarded.

  • You have already purchased subscription & add-on items whether you pick them up or not. Your money will not be refunded for these products.

Purchasing non-subscription dairy:

• All non-subscription dairy is in the non-reserved section of the farm store fridge. These products can be purchased while visiting the store.

Payment:

• After signing up for a subscription, your card is kept on file in your Farmigo account. At the end of scheduled pickup date, the total of your subscription purchases will automatically be withdrawn.

Inability to fill order:

• If for some reason Flowered Cow Dairy is unable to fulfill your subscription in full, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the items which you do not receive.
