Pumpkin Ice Cream

Everything seems to have a pumpkin spice version these days. Pumpkin spice trash bags, pumpkin spice treats for dogs, pumpkin spice gouda cheese, pumpkin spice peanut butter powder, pumpkin spice kitty litter?!?

I mean, kitty poo mingled with faux pumpkin pie spice fragrance. Who thought that was a good idea?

Personally, I am not a fan of all the fake pumpkin spice scents and weird combos.

BUT, I do love real pumpkin pies, pumpkin sourdough pancakes, and... pumpkin ice cream!

The recipe that I will be sharing with you today is a frosty delight that we enjoy often during the fall. Watch the video below to see me making Pumpkin Ice Cream in our kitchen.
